Technology Acceptance and Use
The research work of the chair focuses on the acceptance and use of digital technologies in working and living environments. Different innovations are to be researched with regard to their acceptance and their effects on individual attitudes and behaviours. The focus is on questions of acceptance and use of digital technologies both in companies and for private purposes.
Besides the design of digital working and living environments, digital transformation and thus the successful management of IT-related changes is one of the success factors of digitization. The research work of the chair therefore focuses on dynamic models and processes to promote the acceptance of changes in working and living environments. These findings are also part of the Master Lecture “Digital Change Management“.
