In issue 05/2020 the PC Magazin interviewed Prof. Dr. Sven Laumer about discrimination by algorithms. The focus of the interview was the use of AI in personnel selection. Sven Laumer also referred to the results of the interim report “Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots and Recruitment” and referred to current results of the Recruiting Trends 2020.
