Work is increasingly organised in hybrid teams in which people and AI systems collaborate. As a result, tasks and responsibilities are being redistributed between people, artificial intelligence (AI), and other digital systems, fundamentally changing work processes. Our research focuses on how these new forms of collaboration can meaningfully support people in their work.
