With the support of the “virtuelle hochschule bayern” (vhb), the development of the online course “People Analytics – Data Science for Human Resources Management” will start at the Schöller Endowed Chair for Information Systems on 01.03.2021.

The aim of the online course is to familiarize students with the use of data-driven technologies in the field of human resources management. This involves not only looking at data within the company, but also enriching it with data from outside. For example, people analytics includes sourcing, acquisition, performance, attrition, and well-being analytics.
Based on a case study, students will have the opportunity to take an in-depth, hands-on look at data-driven technologies in organizations, and then analyze technological application areas as well as opportunities and challenges of people analytics and develop solutions.

The online course will start as part of the vhb in the winter semester 2022/2023. Further information will be announced in due time.
