Funded by the Adecco Foundation, we address the question how the increasing use of innovative technologies affects human resource management.

We are proud to present the results of the second project phase. In this one, we investigated the acceptance of different AI-based applications in HR management. For example, we focused on job recommendation systems and analysed to what extent their acceptance is influenced by the users’ expectations (e.g., with regard to the comprehensibility of recommendations or fairness perceptions). In addition, we examined cultural fit tests and their potential for practical application.
