Ahead of the new academic year, the team of the Schöller Endowed Chair for Information Systems came together for a two-day retreat. The retreat provided an opportunity to step away from day-to-day activities and jointly reflect on the chair’s future direction and collaboration.
The two days focused on three core areas: research, teaching, and governance. The team discussed ongoing and future research activities, the further development of courses and student supervision, as well as internal structures, processes, and responsibilities. A particular focus was placed on defining shared goals, developing existing approaches further, and establishing clear structures for collaboration in the upcoming academic year.
Beyond the intensive discussions, the retreat also provided valuable time for personal exchange and team development.
After two productive days filled with discussions, ideas, and decisions, the chair is now well prepared and looking forward to the new semester and academic year.
