Our chair looks forward to the lectures, tutorials, and seminars of the winter semester 2026/27. Above all, we are excited about the conversations with our students at FAU WiSo, the perspectives they bring, and the opportunity to explore the digitalization of business and society together.
This semester, our teaching program includes:
- Enterprise Content and Collaboration Management
- Enterprise Knowledge Management, featuring a completely redesigned course concept
- Our contribution to Business and Information Systems Engineering, covering IT Management
- Our contribution to the introductory sessions for the Digitalization, Innovation and Entrepreneurship specialization
- Research and project seminars
A particular highlight is the redesigned Enterprise Knowledge Management course. It connects knowledge management with the roles of people and artificial intelligence in a changing world of work. Together with our colleagues at the institute, we contribute to Business and Information Systems Engineering, the introductory lecture in Information Systems. Our chair teaches the IT Management component, introducing students to how organizations organize and manage IT to support their goals.
Our programme also includes the virtual courses in cooperation with the virtual university Bayern:
- Electronic Human Resources Management
- People Analytics
- PC Praktikum
Across our teaching activities, we encourage students to ask questions, critically examine research findings, and develop their own ideas. Classroom discussions provide an important starting point for this work.
We warmly thank our entire team for their commitment to preparing and shaping our teaching program.
We wish all students and colleagues a successful winter semester and look forward to working and learning together!
